Biography

Albert C. Sardella is an attorney at the Sardella Firm in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. A lifelong resident of Chester County, Mr. Sardella received his J.D. from Widener School of Law where he graduated in the top five percent of his class. While at Widener, Mr. Sardella earned a position as Research Editor for the Widener Law Review..

Mr. Sardella began his career as a Certified Legal Intern for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and received a pro bono distinction award for his work. During his time at the District Attorney’s Office, he handled plea negotiations and preliminary hearings for hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases at Magisterial District Courts across Chester County.

Following his time at the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Sardella spent several years as an associate at a Main Line based law firm where he concentrated in criminal defense and personal injury.

During his time with the firm, Mr. Sardella represented individuals accused of felony and misdemeanor criminal acts including First Degree Murder, Vehicular Homicide, Rape, Aggravated Assault and Felony Drug and Firearm offenses. Mr. Sardella also handled medical malpractice, auto accident, slip and fall and various other personal injury matters.

Mr. Sardella represents criminal defendants in the counties of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lancaster, York, Bucks and Philadelphia. Additionally, Mr. Sardella is actively involved in litigating complex personal injury and criminal defense cases where he brings an aggressive, yet tactful approach. Mr. Sardella devotes one hundred percent of his practice to litigating his clients’ interests in state and federal court.

Mr. Sardella was selected as a Top 10 attorney under 40 by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys in 2022.
