A Chester County Judge acquitted a woman charged with threatening a victim within a Coatesville residence. During a bench trial, Albert C. Sardella successfully argued to the trial Judge that the altercation did not constitute a criminal act. The woman was found not guilty following the close of the Commonwealth’s case.
